Hit + Add and paste any job URL — Summit will try to pull the title, company, and salary automatically. You can edit anything it gets wrong.

Even better: install the browser extension (Settings → Browser Extensions) and you'll get a one-click button on every job page. It grabs the full posting text, which makes AI tailoring a lot more accurate.

Every job moves through statuses — to apply → applied → interview → offer. Change the status from the dropdown at the top of any job.

Use the filter bar at the top of the job list to quickly see just what you're interviewing for, or just the jobs you've starred (★ watchlist). The stale tag appears on postings that look expired — Summit checks these automatically in the background.

Go to the Documents tab on any job, then click Tailor ✦. Summit reads the job posting and rewrites your resume or cover letter to match. It takes about 10–20 seconds.

The result is fully editable before you download. If you don't love it, tweak the context field and tailor again — each version is saved separately so you never lose the original.

Click the Insights tab on any job and hit Research this role. You'll get a rundown on the company culture, Glassdoor ratings, recent news, workforce data, and a breakdown of green flags vs. things to watch out for.

For public companies, add a free Finnhub API key in Settings → Financial Data to also see live stock price and market cap.

Open the Interview Prep tab on any job and click Generate questions. Summit writes role-specific questions across behavioural, technical, culture fit, and "questions to ask them" categories.

Check off questions as you practice them so you know exactly where you stand before the interview.

Your resumes and cover letters live in the Library (sidebar icon). Upload your master versions once, then attach them to any job with a couple of clicks.

When you tailor a document for a specific job, it saves as a new version under that job — your originals stay untouched in the Library.

The Analytics view (sidebar) shows your funnel — how many applications at each stage, response rates, and timeline. Useful for spotting patterns like "I keep stalling at phone screen."

Hit Check postings to scan all your active job URLs and flag any that look taken down or expired. Saves you from chasing roles that are already filled.
